Here is a "letter" by a self-proclaimed "Evernote Ambassador." I obviously don't know anything about business meetings. Nor am I interested in making myself appear indispensable or capable of "leading," but I must say that I have no prejudice against students who take notes on paper—at least I know that they are not surfing the Internet while we are discussing philosophical matters. Nor do I, like some of my colleagues, prohibit students from using the computer to take notes. I know that some of them profit from taking electronic notes.
Nor do I have anything against Evernote—it has come a long way. But "Evernote Ambassadors" ...?
